For the anticipated launch of Marco Mares' new album, "¿Por qué corres? Ya estamos ahí." (Why are you running? We're already there.), the goal was to create a visual campaign that resonated with the artist's lyrical essence and the warmth of his music. As Art Director, my role was fundamental in conceptualizing and executing a visual universe that reflected authenticity and intimacy.

We delved into the rich tapestry of Mexico's popular neighborhoods, extracting iconic elements and vibrant textures that served as inspiration for every detail of the art direction. From the color palette to the selection of locations and props, each component was chosen to evoke the nostalgia, everyday life, and inherent beauty of these environments, inviting the audience to pause, observe, and find magic in the simple, just as the album title suggests. The result was a campaign that not only promoted the music but also told a visual story with a Mexican soul.
