Hi! Im Aretha

Studied Social Communications in the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, in Mexico City. The last year of my career I focused on Cultural Studies and through the years I have experienced multiple areas where I explored my interests.

As a journalist, broadcaster and radio shows manager I covered art and music, but my need as a "crafty, artsy person" was asking not to forget. For a short period of time I did Art Direction and Decoration for live shows of some Mexican musicians, and I damn liked!

But life is expensive so I had to move on to something more accurate to my age and needs, which is how I discovered Advertising and Films worlds. I feel like I never leave myself on the road, I love arts indisputably linked to the cultural background of a place, project, team, goal.

I had the grateful opportunity to work with a bunch of the major Production Designers in Mexico City, and I ́ve been learning techniques, work plans, and developing skills to complete the tasks. For my job, I love to receive new ideas, and cook for them its way out to reality. So I tried to always review the context and the specific needs when it is time to get down to work!
